Haveli, which had been pending for years, brought the case to a decision within
a short period of time.
• All the doubts of the High Court and Senior Advocate Sree H. C. Arora were
cleared. On 05 January 2024, the High Court delivered its final verdict. With
this, the path of Haveli's service was paved.
• The 1911 AD photograph of Jahaj Haveli was first brought to the Foundation
from the British Library, England.
• The work on the four walls of the haveli will be completed in a few days.

Since Jahaj Haveli is related to Sikh history and has been declared a heritage
site by the Punjab Government, the Saromani Gurdwara Parbandhak
Committee, the Punjab Government and the Department of Antiquities, these
three parties have a direct interest in Jahaj Haveli. Due to which the
Foundation has to take permission from all three before doing any work
related to Jahaj Haveli. As the permission is being given, the work is being done.
• The Foundation has also purchased 11 kanals of land adjacent to the Jahj
Haveli (date of registration 10 December 2024), on which a high-end art
